Welcome to Lausanne!
The 2025 FIM Awards will take place on Saturday 6 December at Lausanne, Switzerland.
More than 50 FIM World Champions will be awarded with the prestigious FIM Gold Medal during a glamorous ceremony in front of a high-profile international audience of up to 900 persons, at the most prestigious annual gathering of the international motorcycling community.
Each year this special occasion seems to arrive faster than the last, much thanks to another incredible season of racing across so many of our FIM Championships plus the countless other memorable moments and achievements that we have enjoyed since the FIM family was last together to celebrate our fearless and worthy champions.
This year’s FIM Awards have added importance and significance, as for the first time in the one hundred and twenty-one years since the FIM was founded they are being held in our home nation of Switzerland. The SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne is a fitting venue to mark this historic moment and to welcome our 2025 FIM World Champions to this beautiful country.
It is also a great honour to be able to use this opportunity and gathering of so many people from the global motorcycle community and industry for the inauguration of the Racing Motorcycling Museum that will serve as a permanent reminder of the rich heritage of our sport.
With the above in mind and on behalf of the FIM I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Canton du Vaud, City of Lausanne and SWISSMOTO for their support. Finally thank you for being part of the 2025 FIM Awards with us either in person or via our livestream on FIM-MOTO.TV and our social channels.
