2025 FIM JUNIOR HARD ENDURO WORLD CHAMPION
Riding since the age of just two when his father bought him an electric motorcycle, South Africa’s James Moore – KTM signalled his arrival on the global stage this season when he raced to the 2025 FIM Hard Enduro Junior World Championship.
His campaign did not get off to the best start at the Valleys Hard Enduro in Great Britain in May when he struggled to break into the top twenty overall, but following the Silver Kings Hard Enduro in America he found his form and delivered a devastating run of results.
At the Abestone Hard Enduro in Italy in early September, Moore dominated his class as he recorded a fantastic fourth overall and two weeks later, he was once again the leading contender in the Junior category when he finished ninth overall in Spain’s Hixpania Hard Enduro.
Next on the calendar was Turkey’s Sea to Sky Hard Enduro and Moore was once again the rider to beat in the Junior category as he powered his way to sixth overall, strengthening his championship position heading into the Getzen Rodeo at the end of October where, with the title on the line, Moore barely put a wheel wrong as he clinched the crown.
