2025 FIM 125CC JUNIOR MOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPION

France enjoys a very successful history in the highly prestigious FIM JMX125 Junior Motocross World Championship and in early July, on home ground at Romagné, Mano Faure joined previous French winners Jordi Tixier, Maxime Renaux and Mathis Valin when he raced to the title.

With conditions wet and treacherous, the sixteen-year-old took an early lead in the opening moto and showing great composure barely put a wheel wrong as he led all twelve laps, eventually cruising home over thirty-five seconds ahead of his British rival Charlie Richmond.

Another great start in race two saw him third on the opening lap, but an early fall cost him a position. Digging deep like a true champion, on lap seven of thirteen he managed to force his way back up to third, only to make another mistake and drop back to fourth where he stayed until the chequered flag to clinch the crown.

After the race, the rider who finished second was disqualified which promoted Faure to third, although this made no difference to the final positions, and he joins the ranks of his three illustrious aforementioned compatriots – and other riders including Eli Tomac and Tim Gajser – as an FIM JMX125 Junior Motocross World Champion.
